This dress is perfect for the day. It has cute flutter sleeves. In this outfit all the accessories are very colorful... causing the shoes to be neutral (or same color as dress). If you want lots of color in your accessories, choose a solid piece of clothing and go to town on your jewelry. and then keep the shoes the same color as your clothing or else you will look like you've been having fun painting and lots of paint spilled on your clothes. another tip is if your dress, skirt, or pants come with a belt and you can switch the belt go ahead and do it. A brown belt or the same color navy belt would look really cute with the dress. just experiment and have fun.
